however it certainly will be the meat of choice for most of us in 20 or 30 years as it is far more economically viable than having vast herds of beef eating vast quantity's of cereals.
1 cow, it says can provide enough cells for 20000 tons of meat.
If they can tweak the taste then it will taste no worse than some meat you may get from iceland or mcdonalds.
the problem at the moment appears to be the lack of fat content.
People eat quorn for gods sake and that tastes absolutely awful.
