An Italian architect has designed a series of rotating skyscrapers for cities including London, Paris, Dubai and Moscow. Each floor is made of apartments that spin around a concrete centre once every 90 minutes

I have stayed at the Marmara hotel in Antalya a few times and they have a rotating 3 story building for guests who like their view to change.
IT takes a few hours to rotate once.
It floats on a mercury bath I believe so is almost frictionless.
