More than half of all foreign criminals caught in the UK have a right to stay that prevents them being deported, Britain’s top police officer said yesterday.
Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe warned that the criminal justice system is not adapting quickly enough to cope with the impact of immigration.
A third of crimes in London are committed by foreign offenders, the Met chief said. But the majority are EU citizens who may have the freedom to travel between and live in all member states.

A third, oh dear we were assured they were all home grown except  a few.


If their lives were in danger if they remained would that get rid of them.  It's a thought.

this is certainly something that needs to be sorted out by the EU. Any country should be able to eject criminals from their land. It is again the consequence of not thinking a policy through.

People should have no rights unless they understand the responsibilities that go with them. sadly "yuman" rights legislation does not deal with responsibilities at all
