£48 thousand,  the worlds gone fucking mad,,     at the least the Judge has.

Our Theresa should step in on this one and sack the judge.

Certainly makes you wonder. It seems like criminal has the upper hand all ways. Steal from someone and unless it a substantial amount no one cares, steal money from the government and all hell erupts around your head, owe people money by whatever way and you have to spend even more money to get what's owed = if you are lucky that is, watched a programme on bad landlords and tenants, one man was owed  £4,000 in back rent, a couple had squatters in their house that they were going to rent.
(these weren't landlords with vast portfollios just people investing in a single property with hopes of adding a bit to their pensions, people who had done as expected worked and saved and now trying to look after themselves)
Both these people had to spend a good deal of money and a couple of years getting these people out of their properties,needless to say the squatters left the property in a rather worse state than they found it, the other person just left no longer required persoal property and rubbish, the personal property has to be stored by the landlord in case she wants it back at some time as she didn't put it in writing that she no longer requires it and it can be disposed off.

Immediately you get SQUATTUZ, engage in VIOLENCE immediately, get the ladz to chuck em out for you if you are not violent yourself.
