Should this have been shown on TV?

Probably not but I did have to watch it, I missed bits here and there but on the whole it was what I expected. Charles without doubt is a louse, he didn't have the guts to marry the woman he wanted, it was probably her or the eventual throne and he chose the throne. She wasn't much better as soon as he went to sea she married Parker Bowles. I'm happy that they appear to make each other happy, even at a distance most of the time, apparently but Charles should have done the decent thing and stepped down from being Prince of Wales. He's pampered and  seems to think he can have anything he wants. Diana seemed impressionable and must have been starry eyed about marrying him, can't understand why they had nothing in common. All things aside he treated Diana very badly, what young woman wants to be ignored by her husband, no matter how much jewellry or clothes she had. She managed to figure out the rules of the game and played it better than Charles and the House of Windsor, she became manipulative but who can blame her. Fergie had similar treatment when Andrew was home on leave he apparently preferred having dinner with friends and mummy than spending time with his wife and daughters.  Charles and Andrew are spoilt,  entitled and childish, mind you I don't think Edward is far behind but he does seem a bit more of a family man.

Chuck is a sh** IMO.

He drove Diana off the rails to unhappiness or whatever you wish to call it, she was becoming more famous than him or any member of the royal family including Liz.

She messed with wogs to get back at him/them who mistreated her.

Twaz a tragedy for herself and 2 boys, she was a asset to the royal establishment, our island and they objected to her fame.

I have a feeling that Harry, his own man will rebel big time sune and be the subject of infamy in some way.

She was a nice naive girl who was kicked in the teeth by a load of sh**s.
