thank heavens we have these committees saving the planet for us whilst at the same time lining their own pockets, or the pockets of the companies they also happen to have a stake it. A self perpetuating cycle by now it seems. the committee makes a recommendation and their respective companies provide the "solution" and the mug taxpayer foots the bill.

cracking work if you can get it I suppose.
