U 9's cricket....

So...it was our first game of the season.

We rock up to be greeted with a team in full kit, with "leopards" on the back of their team kit.
I had been told that this team was a team of ten year olds...with little ability...,and this was their first team game.

Bullshit.....

Anyway...our crew of 8... Including Ahmed....who turned up with a bat 3 sizes to big, no gloves..and who took up the game of cricket on Friday.
He is now my overseas professional....even though he is truly appalling...at the minute.

Any way...ok we lost...but my lads learnt a lot more than their opposition did.
For instance, their parents weren't screaming cretins and accept that learning to play cricket takes time!
