- ISIS media arm claims Abu Omar al-Shishani was killed fighting near Mosul
- Said 'minister for war' died while trying to repel Iraqi assault on the city
- That contradicts claims he died in March after being hit in a strike in Syria
- Was one of Pentagon's most-wanted, with a $5million bounty on his head
- Shishani fought in Chechnya and birthplace of Georgia before joining ISIS
