i have worked with dementia patients. they are so vulnerable they need protection

hats off to the family members for being so calm.

If it had been me, I'm sorry to say but I would have probably dragged her out by her hair and kicked her in the face on the way just for good measure

Apparently she has been given a police caution which IMHO is derisory, she should be jailed and attacked with broken bottles.
