A mother-of-nine came home to find that her landlord had hurled all of her belongings from her second-floor flat outside into the rain.

She owed £2500 and they look like council housing st but the landlord is private.

If she has 9 kids the odds are she does not work and gets benefits which I thought from reading forums paid her rent, dunno really.
