im also still actively serving in the forces and we dont have PPE or social distancing but we do have close proximity to dozens of different people every day including dirty civvie fuckpigs, ironically the more signs there are around telling us to keep our distance the less people do.

self isolation is one thing, which i do as a matter of course since i dont like / trust people who i havent been to war with and that includes the vast majority of people so i self isolate out of choice and have been doing so for years

the same applies for every other aspect of human interaction and culture, everything we do is based on social interaction so how can we interact when we have to maintain a distance??

That's a different situation , we were talking about SDing in the workplace, all of a sudden you mention schools
As far as schools are concerned SDing will be impossible especially for the younger pupils

schools being one of the most important since it can have positive or long lasting negative consequences for people as they grow up. whats happening in france will happen here, we are already seeing labour linked unions sabotaging childrens education for ideological adgendas.

SD doesnt work , not in schools not in the workplace, they will try to enforce it since they are stupid and it will fail at huge cost to the economy and our society, and when they eventually sobre up and realise it didnt work it will be too late.

I understand the government line that without school , it is children from ' troubled ' backgrounds that will lose out the most. I just think that things need to be done very carefully (especially in light of new reports - see other thread)


SDing isn't necessarily about totally eliminating the threat of catching the virus, it's about reducing the threat of catching it and reducing the ' viral load ' so if you do fall I'll hopefully the symptoms shouldn't be so severe.

oh good, its been almost 24 hours since something "new" came out, i was starting to worry.

so SD is totally pointless, kinda like wearing compressed cardboard body armour in a war zone, wont stop the bullet but might reduced the velocity as it rips through your body giving you a better chance of survival
