Yes Bob I'm aware of how a lawsuit works, and I'm pretty sure trump knows how a lawsuit works, it's not his first one after all 

The team trump is putting together aren't interns, they are attack dogs who who specialise in electoral law. 

Its hardly reasonable to ask trump to concede if he believes he has been robbed. 

The only way Biden gets any legitimacy is through the correct legal process, if trump is shut down before he can get answers then expect unrest from his supporters
