North West Bicester 'eco town' street names wanted

An Oxfordshire council is asking the public to submit ideas for street names for a new "eco-town".

Cherwell District Council said fruit, vegetables and herbs
had been chosen as the theme for the streets at North West Bicester, an
extension to Bicester.

The development is set to include 5,000 houses, which will be built over the next 20 years.

Planning for the first phase of the town is complete and will provide 393 homes by 2017.

Developers A2Dominion will also create a new primary school, shops, offices, a business centre and parks in the first phase.

Suggestions for street names at North West Bicester include Peppermint Crescent, Pippin Orchard and Maris Piper Grove.

I would be more impressed if they gave them to English people,
i suppose most of the streets wil be called Mohamed east 1
