Not off hand but I did once use google earth to provide images for a new course I was playing so I at least had some idea what way to hit the ball.

you can use the measuring tool to provide the distance measurements and then edit it all in a paint package

Links 2003 features the Arnold Palmer course designer, but you need a PhD to use it.

The old Jack Nicklaus course designers are far easier to use and is well supported on the web. Trying to get it running on Windows 7 is another thing.

The mistakes that most people make when creating a yardage chart is including too much side information; every tree or bush that runs along the side of the fairway. Use Google earth for yardage measurements, they are fairly exact. Always to the center of the green though.
