got prisoners for that, got prisoners for vaccine testing too.

back home the police used to have a special little punishment for things like this, we used to call it six of the best, not sure what it was actually called but it was offically sanctioned

they would take you in to the police staion and place pads on your lower back and hamstrings leaving your ass exposed and then use a sjambok to give you 6 lashes, no arrests , no courts no fines no criminal records

after that you would never do the thing you did that got you those lashes EVER again.

But what about their Human Rights?

you cant have rights without responsibilities. If you trample over other peoples rights, why should you benefit from them. that's why we need out of the "yuman" rights legislation. Prisoners should have the right to 3 meals a day and place to sleep. Anything else is a privilege that needs to be earnt.
