Last race for the great Frankel.
Good evening Folks.
This thread will be of particular interest to Durham I would imagine.
AHOY THERE DURHAM!!
No doubt you know that it's his last race on Saturday & his trainer Henry Cecil has admitted that he's a bit anxious because of the probable heavy going, which will be a first for the super horse.
I hope with all my heart that Frankel wins as it will be a perfect end to a perfect career.
Durham, where are we going to be next season with no Frankel?

I hope he wins as well, should be interesting to see what progeny he produces at stud, his pedigree on both sides is impressive, some very good racing and producing mares in both families but it's not always a forgone conclusion.

Good evening Flix.
That's true because Frankel's brother Morpheus didn't run too well yesterday & more was expected from him.

Evening Commander!
Well there is some talk of frankel runnig next year, however I would be amazed if they do.
I personally am just going to enjoy the race and hope it comes back the winner and unhurt to go to stud.
What a value it would have!

Good evening Durham.
Good for you & I hope you've won more than a few bob.I didn't back any horses this weekend but wasn't it great to see Frankel win?
I'll miss him next season but it's almost a bit of a relief because now we won't have to worry about him losing.

Agreed Shady.
I feel so lucky to have been alive for the era of frankel, kauto star and denman as a racing fan. We have had it so good and most generations won't get that
