The Beecher chase at aintree
Well after last weeks winner (5/1 recommended) and some good prices each way alternatives that got placed (3/4 horses mentioned won or placed from 19 runners) we try again with this weeks big race from aintree
The Becher Chase is run at Aintree racecourse over the historic Grand National-style fences and, therefore, provides punters with some early-season clues ahead of the world’s most famous steeplechase.
Run over the 3m2f the race has been won three times since 2004 by champion trainer Paul Nicholls, while Silver Birch and Amberleigh House are recent winners of the Becher Chase then went on later in their careers to land the Grand National too.

Good afternoon Durham.
Sorry that you didn't pick the winner but did you see Sprinter Sacre win his race? He absolutely thrashed the opposition which is good for me as he is in my 'The Jumps' stable
So he's added points to the two seconds that I picked up last weekend & tomorrow,Flemenstar who is also in the stable runs in Ireland.
Durham........I can smell that 100 grand already:).....What do you reckon?

Yes I watched sprinter commander. I had a double on sprinter sacre and captain Conan - two impressive winners.
Flemenstar should win tomorrow and nothing is going to touch sprinter over jumps. How many unbeaten can it go?
Good luck with your stable commander

Sorry about the delay in replying Durham but I've just finished feeding my fat face.
Yes I considered the same double as you but the poor prices put me off, but good for you for winning.
Regarding Flemenstar, well he's got it all to do to beat Sir Des Champs & with regards to Sprinter Sacre.......well it was one hell of an impressive win.So I think he'll go from strength to strength.
