Graffiti - it's all a bit chavy surely

that was funny though.
I agree tags and the like are just a nuisance, some is quite good, as long as it is not on your own property

Defiling municipal buildings may be "de rigour" in London but elsewhere in the UK not so good

I'd be the first in writing a strongly worded letter to my local council
