If he wants to then he should be allowed to do so.

He is standing up for the rights of other transvestites/ transgender people, something that should be admired IMO.

Obviously he is not worried about the bullying aspect, and there are measures in place to deal with bullying in schools.

Why not! That has been going on for years anyway, a lot of straight men wear it these days.
