it doesnt have to be a bricks an mortar wall as 3 wire fences would do the trick if the middle fence carried 50000volts.

there is quite a bit of a wall already in place

Dean, as we both know these big grandiose projects always cost substantially more than the initial estimates
It wouldn't surprise me if it ended up costing 50 million 


Ps Trump has repeatedly stated that the barrier would be a wall - not a fence, and no offense (forgive me) but the idea of an electrified fence is even more ludicrous than Trumps Wall
