Has anyone else had their fill of being directed to 'frequently asked questions' or the dreaded press 1 for ****, 2 for ****, none of which actually address your query or worst of all when you do get through to a human, you wonder if it is a living breathing person because they can only converse via the script they have and seem to have no thought processes for themselves?
