• The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor.

Yes they do spend billions on illegals every year but it is those working that foot the bill. If they had spent a fraction of that on the oroville dam 200000 people would not have had to evacuate because the dam was in danger of imminent collapse.
