A west London shopping centre was evacuated and two men and a woman have been taken into police custody.
Fire crews and ambulances were also dispatched to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, West London, this afternoon.
Police also closed off and diverted roads, as reports suggest that a suspect package may have been discovered.
A video has emerged purporting to show police officers arresting a robed man wearing sandals, shortly after the shopping centre was evacuated.
