GBH accusation on non wanted male circumcision.

Who do he think he am as they say in the Black Country.

Why would a doctor do such without permission, get it in writing or it should not be allowed.

Seems very strange the Doc would do such a thing without permission.

Could be the grandparents have  requested it on  the fathers behalf.
