Middle-aged female police officers are being provided with ‘crying rooms’ at work for when they feel overcome with emotion during the menopause.
But police chiefs behind the measure have been criticised for ‘patronising’ female staff.

If this is true its ridiculous, if a woman's symptoms are that bad she should get medical help or get sick leave. Women have managed the menopause without all this fuss for years and struggled to get into work on an equal basis, then we get all this rubbish. No prayer roms no crying rooms, you are at work, if you have to cry go to the toilet and choose a cubicle, pray in your head if you must - stick your a**e in the air in your own time.
