Thousands of doctors have signed a letter protesting against the decision to strike off a doctor whose mistakes led a six-year-old boy to die from sepsis.

had it been a single error they could have let it slide but it says a catalogue of errors. that is unacceptable in any health provider. I suspect that doctors are more worried about their own jobs than patient safety.
