For the most part, despite education and contact with other cultures, the people in these countries, their fallback mentallity is violence, a very medieval outlook, their religion sees to that with a hive mind ideology. It doesn't matter either if they move to another country, as the incident with the Cardiff man who ran into the Muslim group proves, the Imam had to stop them hurting this man, instead of holding him until he could be handed over to the police.
