I thought I was being accused of ' Making Excuses ' for the individual perpetrators.
But thats not the case.

They cannot be individuals when they are Grooming/ rape gang members , they act as a unit and as someone posted a list of all the Towns and cities where these ' units ' have been active , they amount to a small army of organised abusers .this is not taking the hundreds of INDIVIDUAL  PAKISTANI child rapists that have been posted on here.
