it doesn't need to be a chinese tourist, although they are everywhere in the world before this, but it came out of china, people were visiting china for months before they said it was a problem.

People would have been visiting China before *** anyone *** knew there was a problem.
The fact that the virus made it out of the country isn't necessarily the fault of the Chinese
