actually I found some figures up to 3rd april
total dead in the UK up to 3rd april 2020 166,444

5 years average to 3rd april 164,173

so 2271 higher than the 5 year average

The WHO is an international organization that has to be diplomatic in its use of language, it can't just accuse the Chinese Government of lying. It can't just be like Trump
It's a bit of an irrelevance, even when they had totally locked down a whole city there were no real preparations across the rest of the world for a pandemic
