thats a rejection to hear the case based on technicalities

thats like you getting battered in london and a london court rejecting your case because you live in cardiff despite you standing in front of the judge with panda eyes and a dozen eye witnesses with phone footage supporting your case

thats very different to hearing the case examining the evidence and then deciding that the evidence doesnt support the argument
