Venus and Jupiter have been dancing toward each other in the night sky for months, and they'll finally come together this week in a dazzling show for skywatchers.

I love watching the stars they facinate me, i would love to see the northern lights , i am so jealous of those who have seen them here in the UK .

The Northern lights are spectacular, I've seen them twice, on one occasion I think I could hear and feel the static.

Ive had some fantastic star nights, spent a few days travelling through the Kruger park in SA, no light pollution and when we got to camp, at Bateleur, the night sky was just amazing, the milky way and star clusters, gives me goose bumps just thinking about it. I also remember a moonlit night at Tintagel castle and Cassiopeia clearing through the clouds,,wow!!!.

I think you would be impressed Amy I've seen the northern lights many times and I am amazed every time.

in one of those inevitable annoyances we have been overcast all week with sever thunbderstorms this mornig and yesterday. although I have seen jupiter for quite a few weeks now.

now will you be pissed if I move this to natural history?
