I'm feeling lucky, so I just registered with an online bookies to bet on a horse this afternoon. On the bit where you put what country you're posting from there was a red warning that said "no accounts accepted from Turkey". What's that about Dean? Is there something happening there that we don't know about?

p.s. Any horsey tips for later greatly appreciated.

Betting is illegal in turkey. If you want to gamble you have to go to cyprus.
that may be why they cannot take accounts from turkey.


It is strange as turks are quite keen on a gamble. I have thought that setting up a gambling boat outside the territorial limit might be quite a money spinner here.
