Drove through the wonderful Lanarkshire mountains today on the M74. Wind farms everywhere. Approx 40% of them only working and at a very slow speed, the remainder not moving

But the real joke of it all? Hundreds of acres of forest has been felled to accommodate them.....you know the things that hoover up CO2?

Well, the children of the sixties who believe that we should cover ourselves in cow shit, natural fibres and eat lentils wanted the farms to save mother earth. They refuse to accept that they can ever be wrong and have planed a sit in and folk singing jamboree to help focus positive aural energy to the green cause.
