I find this hard to believe that a school could label children of this age as transgender.
Little kids like dressing up, that does not mean they want to change sex.
the fact it goes on to say that a large propotion of the parents are same sex couples probably means that children of these couples are more confused about sexuality than children from traditional families. (You cannot same normal these days apparently)

As a father of a 21month old girl I find this strange too. From what I've read young children (on average) don't even become aware of gender until approximately 4 years of age. So dressing in clothes more often worn by the opposite gender can hardly be called transgender. Surely it's just dressing up?

However I do agree with one point, if they want to dress in clothes more normally worn by the opposite gender then let them, I see no harm in it.
