Fifty Shades Of Grey - the book sweeping the country
Anyone reading this trilogy that has outsold Harry Potter as the fastest selling book? Tescos, Sainsburys and ASDA all going out of stock.
It's porn for housewives with a love story and dark secrets.
I have read the first book and found nothing I didn't know - was also disappointed in the way it was written - seemed as if it were a little 'childish'
Still, it is a story and the author was clever enough to release all 3 books as you each one is left hanging.

Don't be silly Flap, Eddie requires cashmere cacks and several large pots of latex rubber to feel horny.

Do you know what? It really didn't. I need something dirtier than "Oh my...he started rubbing my clitoris...I was so wet"
It promised to be shocking and I am not easily shocked.

I am not sure I will be rushing out to buy it then.

Well what do you expect for something that's held up as outselling Harry Potter?
Harry Potter is fúcking awful.

Also, from the title I was expecting it to be a book about discussing morality.

It is tragic thesedays how the best selling books are just hyped up turd- how did Fifty Shades even make it to be so known above all the (many) similar trashy dross out there?
Harry Potter is appalling though I gave up halfway into book 2, but I at least understand the simplicity of the idea (magic school) would appeal to kids.

Hi Eilzel x
I've bought this trilogy to read on holiday. Easy beach reading is what I'm hoping for. I'm told it's a little "saucy" too

Alright then, how about.... "Oh my... he started playing with my clitoris like it was a glockenspiel, as I lay there I pieced together the notes and realised that he was playing our tune - The Ace of Spades by Motorhead. He then stuck a hosepipe up my arse and complimented the finale with French Horn farts."

Did you know that in the late 19th and early 20th centuries there was a French musical hall artist called Josef Pujol, whose stagename was Le Pétomane?
He could fart popular music on on request from the audience and was reputedly able to fart the tune of the entire French national anthem.
Just thought you'd like to know.......
