20 Deadly Ingredients To Avoid When You Buy Food
In the name of profits, food manufacturers have added deadly ingredients to their products, even though tests have shown they make you unhealthy. This article lists the 20 ingredients you must avoid when you shop for food for you and your family. Great article here:

worry less about that and more about the fact that there is a legal limit to the amount of actual shit that can be in food stuffs.Tess wrote:In the name of profits, food manufacturers have added deadly ingredients to their products, even though tests have shown they make you unhealthy. A very interesting article Tess.
Life can be simple though and cheap. Shop locally using seasonal fresh foods and cook...........
The obese and benefit scroungers are just too lazy to do either. Shame if they suffer.

I agree. I'm sure most of them wouldn't know how to peel a spud. Thing is they all end up with diabetes and stuff and cost the NHS a fortune.gerber wrote:A very interesting article Tess.

Sugar, wheat and soy are on the list.
Dismissed as scaremongering.

When they say sugar they don't ean the odd teaspoonful in a cup of tea, but 16 spoonfuls in a soft drink and half a pound covering breakfast cereals. Don't know about wheat, but soy not dangerous? ET you should consult Mr Google about soy! Very nasty stuff.Evening Tea wrote:Sugar, wheat and soy are on the list.

Seriously ET Soy is poisonous unless fermented. Few seem to realise that. The Chinese knew hundreds of years ago and so the good Soy is always fermented. Costs a little more but the taste can be incredible, in the same league as Balsamic vinegar............. The bad the mediocre and the expensive, which ironically lasts for years and works out cheaper and the flavour is to die for.

Gonna have a look at the list in a bit, but I was reading something about wheat and they were saying it isn't good at all, and too much will make your intestines leak.
Contrary to what we're told about fibre etc, the article was likened the difference between normal white bread and whole wheat to cigarettes or cigarettes with filters, but still smoking tobacco.

Re: 20 Deadly Ingredients To Avoid When You Buy Food
I avoid all of The things on the list there.
Sodium benzoate is found in a lot of soft drinks, squash's like orange you have to dilute with water.
And when it is known to react with vitamin C Which is ascorbic acid, to create benzine and linked with Leukemia.
This is well known so make you wonder why the drinks companies put it in and why they are allowed to.
Just looked up arsenic and is found in foods too, said foods made with rice and pears.
I didn't know that, is it in anything else?

Problem solved:
Eat any Food = Death
Drink anything = Death
Eat/Drink nothing = Should Live forever (might die of thirst/starvation, but what healthy corpses we'll all be)
