Whose country is it our's or the poles ?
Former Manchester United and Scotland forward Alan Brazil has slammed the FA's decision to increase Poland's ticket allocation to 18,000 for Tuesday's crunch clash with England at Wembley.
The visitors were initially given an allocation of 8,000 in the lower tier of the East Stand to be sold to supporters in Poland but a further 10,000 tickets were offered, meaning just under a quarter of fans will be supporting Waldemar Fornalik's side.
'This is a bonkers decision,' Brazil said on talkSPORT. 'They say it's done on police advice, but it hasn't been thought through. Nobody has thought this through, nobody with a football brain at least.
'Have they taken into consideration what the players might feel? If this was a friendly I wouldn't be so angry about it, but Poland can't qualify so why are we giving this kind of boost?
'They will be coming to Wembley relaxed because they are already out but now they have got an extra 10,000 fans cheering them on. Why would the FA do that?'
Visiting teams are allowed up to 10 per cent of the stadium capacity for World Cup qualifiers, but the FA defended its decision.
'The FA, working with the Polish FA, have provided 18,000 tickets to Polish supporters,' a spokesman said.
