Does anoyne watch I'm a Celebrity?
I hate Big Brother and programmes like that, but I'm a Celebrity does make me laugh. Watching last night's episode though gave me a bit of a shock. Joey Essex, a 23 year old spiv, couldn't tell the time! Seriously, he couldn't read a clockface. He said he didn't need to because the time always came up digitally on his phone. Is this the shape of things to come? Scary.

there is nothing better than seeing z listers being tortured.
as usual most I have never heard of, except for big mo, the one who has a tv morning show and the bloke from fresh prince, although he has porked up somewhat since those days. Oh yes and of course steve"interesting" davies
As to that essex bloke, I have never heard of him until yesterday, but it is the same with all the TOWIE stars that end up as a mainstay of these sort of shows.
It does not surprise me at all that he could not tell the time, a child of the labour years and a vacuous waste of space who cares more about a fake tan and his hair than anything else.

Any guesses who'll win it yet? I must say the porky middle-aged gay dress designer (can't remember his name) surprised me with how well he did. He might surprise everyone: even though he seems a complete wuss he was braver than the dopey Joey.Costa wrote:Sugar, its not on tonight!

And also you deano! Perhaps Alla has become your biggest poster and you don't wish to lose him?Flap Gallagher wrote:you do seem to be becoming a little obsessive yourself

don't be so daft. didge may have influenced you, but sadly not for the better.eddie wrote:And also you deano! Perhaps Alla has become your biggest poster and you don't wish to lose him?Flap Gallagher wrote:you do seem to be becoming a little obsessive yourself

No, you miss the point like I thought you would.Flap Gallagher wrote:don't be so daft. didge may have influenced you, but sadly not for the better.
I hate bullies, I hate nasty old men who pick on people.
I don't always agree with didge, I have told him so. Sometimes I don't even get why he says what he say but his heart is in the right place.
You used to be exactly the same on ADO, and on Sky dean. You would stand your ground and have a war with someone...that is how we met, remember? I asked you why you hated the posters you argued with. Your wars dragged on for days.
Now you want to poke your nose into others'.
A "light touch on moderation" you say?
May be that phrase was then, but you need a new one for now.

its my job to defuse these wars as they are unproductive.eddie wrote:No, you miss the point like I thought you would.Flap Gallagher wrote:don't be so daft. didge may have influenced you, but sadly not for the better.

I think there is a very light touch on the moderation here. Look at some other sites and the stuff that just disappears, never to be seen again. there has been very little of that in the two years we have been going.
The boring mindless crap just gets moved elsewhere.
you can fight away to your hearts content in seconds out or even better excess baggage.
Re: Does anoyne watch I'm a Celebrity?
Dean, it is my opinion, that of late, you diffuse the ones you choose to, and leave other's to stand. The proof is in the pudding and the pudding is heavily laced with bias.Flap Gallagher wrote:its my job to defuse these wars as they are unproductive.

it seems that I am everyone's best friend when I side with them and biased when I don't.eddie wrote:Dean, it is my opinion, that of late, you diffuse the ones you choose to, and leave other's to stand. That is the lot of an admin I suppose.
Re: Does anoyne watch I'm a Celebrity?
I started this thread about a TV show, and we were posting replies about it. Then - surprise surprise - in jumps Eddie with a post abusing another poster, thread descends into a slanging match. Why?

THAT IS WHY.
BECAUSE THAT IS THE USUAL NAME THAT IS IN THAT SENTENCE.

No Eddie. Allakaka posted about the subject - you replied with an insult, nothing to do with the thread.eddie wrote:
