'Vacuum Satellite' To Clean Up Space Debris

sounds like a very good idea as it only takes a fleck of paint or even a screw to knock out a satellite or worse the ISS. the people who can hoover up space will make a fortune if of course they can get it all to work.
If they don't there might come a time when there is so much junk flying around in orbit that launching satellites becomes impossible
