First topic message reminder :

So now i have ordered them again, because i can't sleep, and i function better as a carer when i'm in receipt of them.

phill,try this,get a small radio put it close to your side of the bed,find a station that plays the sort of music you like have it so you can just hear it.if you know the words of the song sing along with them in your mind,it is impossible to think about things that worry you when you thinking of the words,hope that makes sense.

remove all fast foods, soda's and alcohol from your daily intake, limit any highly processed foods, do not eat after 7pm, do nothing mentally stimulating, crosswords, heated debate after 7pm, get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Try to get in to a set sleeping pattern, it is very easy.

You are quite correct boom and I had said as much also.

However, philup is a chronic alcoholic and substance misuser, removal of those crutches for him is just too much to bear. Life would then be normal and she may not be able to cope with normal life and removal of the victim tag

It is sad to see people cling to medical problems in an attempt to seem different or even special, the root of the problem is mental though physical manifestations are very obvious.
If a person does not like themelves or feel they should be punished for something they have done treatment could be very difficult.

The holiday is goig exceedingly well thanks. My 5* hotel has wifi next to MY pool. And unlike you, my brain takes mere seconds to post on the iPhone.

Also unlike you, I have a small child (something thankfully you will never experience) so when she is in bed my wife and I sit and enjoy our evening. This is the first post inhad made on an evening while bein here.

I wonder what the electorate would class as been "moronic".

1 - a successful higher rate tax payer with wife, child, no police prosecutions who doesn't smoke, isn't an alcoholic and someone who exercises regularly. Said person has never taken any benefis of the government and is taking four holidays this year with their family. The have a significant 5 figure sum in the bank should redundancy ever happen....and a second property to fall on.

2 - a benefits claiming criminal who smokes, abuses drugs, is an alcoholic and indulges in acts which could give her a disease. Lives off the state and cannot do a perfectly normal function such as sleep as they as so fucked up

I would never leave a child alone, rather shows another good reason why you will never have one for thinking it. She was in bed while we were sat on our balcony reading and chattig.
