Every apartment block in our city was connected by fibre about 6 or 7 years ago. If you can afford it you can get up to 1000Mb connections. 50Mb has been fine for me, although their unlimited connections come with a limit, mine is 150Gb a month, after that they restrict the speed, I dont always use the full amount every month
