excellent news - the rollout has ground to a halt
Hancock says jabs will be 'PAUSED' for under-50s to mop up remaining over-50s and reserved for second doses - as NHS warns UK faces a 'significant shortage' that will last at least four weeks and EU threatens to BLOCK exports of Pfizer doses

nah mate, by the time it gets to me bob,one of two things will happen
1 - the vaccine will prove to be the trigger for a host of nasty side effects and the cause of a great many deaths and it will be stopped
2 - the vaccine will prove to be completely safe and effective with no side effects, in which case i will take it.

Re: excellent news - the rollout has ground to a halt
the death rate for the vaccine is 1000 times less than if you catch covid. the much publicised blood clots (40) are about half of what can be expected to happen in an unvaccinated group of the same size (96) in the same period. the 50000 or so side effects reported for the AZ vaccine include 2 people who have tried to claim it gave them genital herpes.smelly-bandit wrote:fatbob5 wrote:

the AZ side effect data can be found in the PDF here

it goes on for about 63 pages.
much of the side effects are sore arms, tiredness, redness and chills which go after a couple of days.

my position hasnt changed
im not an anti vaxxer bob. Im a serviceman thats been to some of the worst shitholes on earth, im more vaccinated than most people, i understand what a vaccine is and should do and im in favour of them.
vaccines take years to safely produce, this was done in months.
if a car in a factory took at the fastest clock, 3 days to manufacture and run through safety checks to ensure everything was in order and safe to drive, would you be happy jumping in and driving one that had been pumped out in a couple of hours??
