the open 2012
the open starts today at lytham st annes.
A real test of links playing with about 206 bunkers on the course. If the wind gets up then it is a real test of golf.
the course is of course the best of the best.
tiger is playing and hopefully will be on form. Luke donald is chasing his first major win, lee westwood and rory mccalroy are also hoping their form is at its peak.
Of course any one could win it
I am looking forward to 4 days of excellent golf with brilliant commentary form Peter Allis and co. The best golf commentary team around by far.

Not into hitting balls with sticks, last time I tried that the owner of the balls wasn't at all happy!

Re: the open 2012
seems like the birdies are happening today as so far the lead is 6 under.
tiger just dropped a shot and is back on 3 under. quite a good start for him so far, but early days yet

Natalie Gulbis does it for me:
She's not in it, but she certainly does it for me.

there is a chunky half japanese looking woman player who looks like she could give anyone a dirty night out, can't remember her name.
Re: the open 2012
Absolutely fantastic last days play and a real nail biting finish. Went to the last shot on the 18th.
Well done Ernie Els for a well deserved win and commiserations to Adam Scott
