I've got to relay the story of a friend of mine who was looking for a cocktail bar pianist back in 2007. He never got many applicants even though the job was going to pay well as it was in Hamersmith. One day a scruffy looking bloke walked in and never said a word, just sat at the piano and started tickling ivories.
