First topic message reminder :

A California organisation attempting to repeal an act allowing transgender students equal access to school facilities such as locker rooms and bathrooms now claims it has enough signatures to place the new law back on the ballot.

The bill, known as the School Success and Opportunity Act, was signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown in August, and is set to take effect from 1 January.

One of the provisions of the law, AB1266, would give transgender students the choice of playing on either a boys or girls sports team and to decide which restrooms and locker rooms to use.

There is no point posting pictures, that is exactly the lind of dumbing down base game I wont lower myself to.

As to policing, nothing would need to change from the current situation tbh, where full op trans people do use the toilets their new gender permits them to, without any problems Smile

So what is stopping the pre ops and the perverts who wish to enter just by wearing a dress?

Am one of the very few left in what was our dear Country that still has the opinion that Ladies and Gentlemen are different and the differences should be recoginsed and applauded as opposed to equality for all and therefore free for all

This IMO is one step too far.

I as a woman, would be very uncomfortable about this.

And what about children who use public toilets on their own? This could be a danger to them with perverts using the guise of a woman.

Perhaps a sensible approach to this.

If a man goes through the various operations to be a woman and therefore has the physical equipment to use the Ladies loo . OK. And the same for women who have the gender reconstruction to be a Man.

What would be wrong, would be for TRANSVESTITES and other DEVIANTS to have a choice in which toilets they go in AT THEIR WHIM.

But having said that would allowing TRANSGENDERS these rights , would it lead to further demands for Transvestites and assorted perverts to push their agenda.
