My OH is pretty logical most of the time....but....

He gets mad because I have no sense of direction, he thinks I get lost on purpose.
He gets irritated if other men pay me a compliment, though I think he is more irritated with them than me.
He gets mad when I beat him at countdown or scrabble...he is the world worst loser.

He really had a great sense of humour Gelico and that is really lovely how he could make you laugh even when annoyed.

oh it did, we would row obviously at times, like any other couple but they were actually few and far between and fortunately kept from the kids as well.  they've all said ''i cant remember you and dad arguing,,,,,well maybe once or twice but you were mostly always laughing''  which made me feel chuffed tbh.

one time he came in late from a hard days work and i had put him out some shepherds pie and veg,,,he looked at it with glee.   we were in the kitchen and there was a fly driving me beserk that i had been trying to zap with some flash spray,,,,anyhoos it suddenly flew slowly in between hubby and me so i pointed the flash and gave it a good hard whooshy spray.,,,,,,the spray hit the fly and then hit hubby straight in the face,,,,the fly then dropped like a stone along with all the mist of the spray straight on to his dinner which he was holding,,,

hubby's head shot back and with one hand he wiped his face and his eyes,,,,blinked a few times and then he just looked at his dinner, looked at me, looked back at his dinner and said so calmly  ''well, that's nice, dear,,,,is there any more?''


fortunately there was, he said to me ''fuck off out the kitchen i'll put my own dinner out, your nothing but a menace''

i was nearly on the floor choking with laughter at that one,,,,
