a project veritas investigation has lead to the arrest and charging of someone for ballot harvesting in texas.fatbob5 wrote:.......There was no widespread fraud in the election, which a range of election officials across the country including Trump’s former attorney general, William Barr, have confirmed. Republican governors in Arizona and Georgia, key battleground states crucial to Biden’s victory, also vouched for the integrity of the elections in their states. Nearly all the legal challenges from Trump and his allies have been dismissed by judges, including two tossed by the Supreme Court, which includes three Trump-nominated justices.......

In a one-sentence denial, the Supreme Court on Dec. 8 rejected a request from Pennsylvania Republicans that sought to overturn Biden's win in the state. The challenge, led Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., claimed that the Republican-led state legislature's expansion of absentee voting violated the state's constitution.
Three days later, the Supreme Court refused to let Texas challenge the election results in four battleground states critical to Trump's defeat. The court said Texas did not demonstrate "a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections." .......

Yes and you prove the point I'm making, the case was dismissed on other legal grounds
Not on the evidence of the allegations
If you got battered in London and turned up to a judge with panda eyes, 3 coppers with body cam footage of the attack, another ten eyewitnesses with mobile footage, 4 shop owners with cctv evidence and your attacker who is happy confess in court.
But the court turns arounds say "soory Bob you live in Wales I can't see your case, case dismissed"
Presumably that means you never got battered because there wasn't any evidence??
There is a very big difference between a case being heard and getting dismissed because the evidence doesn't support the case and a case getting before its heard due to some legal technicalities
Orange man bad, get him out at all costs.

there were reports that during one of the supreme court deliberations raised voices were heard and one SC judge was heard saying there would be riots if the case was approved.
