Mickleson was a true gent and sportsman.

I did hear a fair bit of booing from the highly charged crowd...something that was just not acceptable.

Phil Mickleson is a true gent, in fact the american team, whilst obviously full of fist pumps and high fives for the first 2 days were just as appreciative of good play from the europeans as the europeans are of theirs.
golf is one of those sports where the crowds generally love great play who ever it comes from.
yes the american crowd were fully behind their team, just as the 3000 or so european supporters were behind theirs, but everyone loves a good golf shot.
